Drinking Fountain #2/8: Right as you enter the hotel, make a right and head into the small room off to the side with the vending machines. The drinking fountain is against the right wall.
Cursed Artifact #1/6: After Ray shows you how to use the PKE meter, you’ll go through a short sequence where you flush out Slimer, who’s hiding in a flower vase. When he bolts, follow him with Ray back down the hall, and make a right at the turn. Keep the PKE meter equipped, and walk to the right to the small area with vending machines. The Cursed Artifact is on the floor in front of the vending machines.
Ghost Scan #1/6: Slimer himself is the first ghost scan. When he pops out of the vase, make sure you scan him with the PKE meter.
